US Tax Preparation and Review Support

Eccountrio provides US tax preparation and review support across Individual (1040), Partnership (1065), S Corporation (1120S) and C Corporation (1120) returns, alongside tax planning support and client tax consulting.

What's included

  • 1040 preparation & review support
  • 1065 / 1120S / 1120 support
  • Tax planning support
  • Client tax consulting

How it works

US federal returns differ by how the entity is taxed. Form 1040 is the individual return. Form 1065 is filed by a partnership, which does not itself pay federal income tax — profit passes through to the partners on Schedule K-1. Form 1120S is the S corporation return, also a pass-through, with income reported by shareholders. Form 1120 is the C corporation return, where the corporation is taxed on its own profits. Because pass-through returns feed individual returns, entity and personal filings are usually worked together.

Who this is for

  • Accounting and CPA firms needing preparation or review capacity in season
  • Businesses whose entity return depends on books being closed properly
  • Firms wanting a second set of eyes on returns before they are filed
